Teacher as a subject of educational process in distance learning system

In the article the issue of organizing special tutors training for teaching in the system of distance education is examined. The lack of tutors or their insufficient readiness (professional, psychological and technical) to fulfil tutor‘s activity seems to be the main obstacle in introducing distance learning in Russian educational system.Therefore special training of tutors may be the possible solution of the given problem and the resource of improving education quality in Russia.
