TO STUDIES ON RUSSIA BANK SYSTEM NOTION: FEDERAL AND REGIONAL ASPECTS
The problems of correlating federal and regional aspects of bank system legal regulation are considered. The conclusion is made on the groundlessness of attempts being made to regulate bank system and bank activity legally on the level of normative legal acts of Russian Federation subjects.
