KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY: FORMATION MECHANISM
The essence and mechanisms of knowledge economy formation are considered. Among the regularities of knowledge economy development are: the increase of human resources share in the country’s national wealth, the presence of contradiction system, structural transformation of economy, informatization development, globalization of economic collaboration, turning cooperative knowledge into competitiveness factor, new state function - the function of managing knowledge reproduction.
