Factors of formation new quality of economic growth in Russia
The article considers new quality of economic growth, its essence and factors. The author singles out resource factors, playing a particular role in distinguishing a new quality of economic growth - innovation and investment one, analyses their role in forming technological structures, proves the necessity for Russian economy to switch into innovation and investment model of development.
