The present article highlights the economic mechanisms, accorded due to the proficiency level, of the inhouse control and management of professional knowledge which ensure and meet the economic interests of all the services, branches and the company’s workers. The issue develops interrelation models for making decisions which describe the subject’s behavior strategy in respect to selecting proficiency within the company which is regarded as the active system
