REGIONAL BUDGET PROFITS AND THEIR VALUE IN THE POST-SOVIET REPUBLICS
Specific types of profitable receiving to regional budgets are characterized by greater variety. It is conditioned by availability of sectors and different economic subjects at the market distinguished by volume of its financial duties, and also by problems followed from economical and financial regional politics. Forming of regional budget profits under structures budget system of Russian Federation is expressed at two aspects.
