REENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES APPLIED TO SYSTEM-BASED REORGANIZATION OF INTRA-CORPORATE LINKS WITHIN THE INTEGRATED RAILWAY TRANSPORT BUSINESS-SYSTEM
The creation of corporate integrated business-systems of railway transport implies a phased system-based reorganization of internal links between its business units on the basis of a predetermined algorithm. The internal links within the corporate integrated business system provide for economic relations based on business processes between business units. This makes it possible to apply reengineering technologies, the introduction of which at the business-system level takes place according to the developed algorithm. The suggested approach implying the application of reengineering technologies to the system-based reorganization of intra-corporate links within the integrated railway transport business system, enables the business system to adapt quickly to the market environment, as it forms new and more efficient internal links between business units which makes their interaction much easier, increases operational coordination, reduces time lags between consecutive stages of business processes
