RUSSIA IS ENTERING THE WTO: PERSPECTIVES OF RUSSIAN SMALL BUSINESS
During years of reform in Russia small businesses overcame many difficulties. Now it is left in a state of stagnation. The government, public society and big business should do their best to join the WTO in order to gain the best positions for social and economic development of our country for small business.
