DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL-ORIENTED TRADE IN THE REGIONS

This paper traces the evolution of the social trade in Samara region and the alternative mechanism of creating a system of social-oriented trade in a regional level is given. As basic elements of such a system 3 groups of retail point of sale are defined: socially available, socially important and social oriented. Its functioning at the city level and level of village will provide all categories of citizens with accessible and quality services of retail point of sale.
