CLASSIFICATION OF MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF SARATOV REGION ACCORDING TO THE REGIONAL LEVEL OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRESS (SCIENCE AND INNOVATIONS)
The author conducts multiple cluster analysis of the perspective development of the municipal regions of Saratov district taking into consideration the indices characterizing the scientific and technical progress (science and innovations). The clusters made it possible to use the differential approach in solving the problems of strategic planning of municipal districts development taking into consideration the local specific character.
