PROBLEMS OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGNOSIS ON THE MODERN STAGE
In modern conditions the approaches to social-economic prognosis in the state planning system of regional development are changing. In the article the prognostication problems are revealed on the basis of generalizing the practical experience of regional prognostication in Tomsk area. Here state statistics are being reformed in correspondence with requirements of international standards and practical recommendations on raising quality of regional prognosis are offered.
