THE ORGANIZATIONAL MECHANISM OF INTRAPRENEURAL DEPARTAMENT MANAGEMENT
Entrepreneurship is based on the following: the creation of conditions for entrepreneurial activity, stimulation and implementation of entrepreneurial abilities of employees on the basis of resources and organization and production possibilities of an enterprise. The article presents a system of enterprise department management, analyses the essence of an organizational mechanism of entrepreneurial department management.
