MECHANISM OF PARTICIPATION OF THERMAL POWER STATION IN THE WHOLESALE MARKET OF ELECTRIC POWER
The wholesale market of the electric power became an integral part of electric power industry in Russia. Power plants participate in the market by means of submission of price applications. In clause variants of formation and methods of drawing up of the application of the thermal power station allowing it as much as possible to use the potential for effective participation in procedure of competitive selection of price applications are considered.
