DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF CONDITIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS IN SAMARA ACCOMMODATION MARKET
The article is dedicated to statistical study of the dynamic change in the cost of dwelling premises on the market of Samara for period 1997 to 2006. The analysis is founded on selective observation of the real estate market, executed by author. The study reflects the track record of average specific price of dwelling object on the market as a whole and with division according to town region, primary and secondary forming market, and types of the apartments depending on amount of the rooms in them. As a result of analysis the main stages of the development of regional market of dwelling premises are chosen and characterized.
