THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE TECHNIQUE OF THE ESTIMATION OF THE SYNERGY EFFECT FROM MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS OF COMPANIES
The author puts forth his concept of improvement of the technique of the estimation of the synergy effect from mergers and acquisitions of companies. The paper presents a detailed analysis of advantages and disadvantages of existing approaches and methods of estimation of the synergy effect. Special attention is paid to the problem of the selection of the prospective deals of mergers and acquisitions of companies on the basis of estimation of the synergy effect.
