STATISTICAL GROUNDS FOR CHOOSING THE METRICS FOR FORMING THE INCOME PART OF LOCAL BUDGETS(BY THE EXAMPLE OF MUNICIPAL REGIONS OF SAMARA REGION)
The article illustrates the role of statistical information quality in the local budgets revenue analysis. The conceptual model of income part of the local budgets has been worked out and presented here. The system of statistical activities has been formed out, which theoretically defines the magnitude of tax incomes derivable by the local budgets.
