MONITORING THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AND THE QUALITY OF EDUCATON
The authors define the role of monitoring in education quality management and prove the necessity of having such a subsystem in the system of quality management. The directions of monitoring are distinguished in educational institutions as well as the main groups of indices due to which monitoring is carried out.
