SOME METHODS OF GROUNDING COST EFFICIENCY OF ORGANAZING THE STUDENTS’ ACADEMIC MOBILITY IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The author examines the economical, sociological and organizational problems of academic mobility in higher education in Russia. The economical and sociological effect of this process is determined. On the base of the theory of human resources investments and the model of the “black box”, the economical effect in its personal aspect has been discovered.
