INVESTMENT MECHANISM OF INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT
The article examines the problem of choosing the fundamental priorities of Russia industrial policy. The author gives the arguments for choosing the aircraft industry as a technical and technological locomotive for national economy development. Special leasing program is presented, as investment mechanism of industrial policy, aimed at the increase of Russia economy potential, by means of developing the high-tech industry competitive both at domestic and international markets.
