ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF PLACING THE GOVERNMENT ORDER FOR STATE NEEDS ON THE TERRITORY OF ORENBURG REGION
The article examines the regional experience of placing the government order using the example of Orenburg region. Full problems analysis is given, while implementing the Federal Law “Order distribution for goods delivery, job fulfillment, providing services for state and municipal needs”. The region’s normative legal base is studied.
