Territory image is the important recourse that helps to increase its investment attractiveness. The article examines the characteristics of the image of Samara district that were revealed as a result of studying the opinion of the citizens, outside community, the image of Samara in Mass Media, territorial brands. The ways of improving Samara image are suggested.
