EVALUTING THE DEGREE OF DEMAND FOR THE SPECIALIST ON THE BASE OF A PACKAGE OF MODEL OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING
The actual status of the Russian education system is a definition of the degree of demand for the graduate, representing a parameter of conformity of a level of the competence of the graduate of professional educational establishment and a level of requirements of competencies of the personnel of the enterprise. Result of formation and the analysis the structure - a package of model of vocational training is the creation of the mechanism of interaction between the subject of the market of educational services and subjects of a labour market that will allow generation of the expert needed by the labour market.
