DEMOGRAPHIC FACTOR IN THE STRATEGY OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
The article proves the necessity to study the demographic factors while working out the strategy of city districts development. The demographic potential of Samara districts is analyzed, the positive and negative sides of demographic development are pointed out.
