REGIONAL INNOVATION CHANGE-OVER STRATEGY
The transfer to a new way of the economy development of Omsk region suggests not only overcoming the existing institutional and recourse limits but also shows the necessity to take into account the changes in the dynamics of the globalization processes. The new paradigm of economic growth is caused by the qualitative changes of the innovation role and is connected with the new sources of increasing the competitiveness of Omsk enterprises.
