REALIZATION OF RESERVES OF DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION AT A REGIONAL LEVEL (using the example of the Nizhniy Novgorod area)
The basic problems constraining development of the industrial enterprises of the Nizhniy Novgorod area, rendering negative influence on parameters of their functioning are stated. Elimination of the given factors probably due to effectiveness of regional industrial policy. The author constructs a tree of the purposes of industrial policy, specific targets of development of the certain priorities in an industrial complex of area are allocated, and target values of parameters of functioning of the enterprises of area are ascertained.
