THE POSSIBILITIES OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE ULYANOVSK REGION
The article reveals the problems of the investment and innovation development of the agricultural sector of an economically depressed region, i.e. the Ulyanovsk Region. Based on the analysis of the current regional problems in the agricultural sector the objectives of the investment and innovation policy are determined in accordance to which the author suggests the management and financial and economic activities to stimulate the changes and to promote the enforcement and effective development of the agricultural sector of the region. The author also reveals the existing or possible problems and risks in the Ulyanovsk Region while implementing the suggested activities.
