SPECIFYING SETTLEMENT LANDS AS EVALUATION OBJECT
This article is devoted to the main features of settlement lands as the evaluation object. Most attention is paid to the process of forming rent on these categories of land resources. The specific character of the mechanism of rent payments withdrawal by land taxation is described.
