THE SERVICE POTENTIAL OF EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS WHILE TRAINING THE PERSONNEL FOR AGRICULTURAL COMPLEX
The article studies the problem of training the personnel for the most popular professions of the agricultural production. The amount of personnel training is analysed and the tendency of increasing the number of specialists with further and higher professional education is shown, though it is proved that the demand for them is decreasing. The author suggests the number of activities that contribute to increasing the quality of the eductional process as well as creating the conditions for implementing big projects and programs of educational, economic and social character.Special attention is payed to the necessity of creating the unified system that helps to form the specialits’competence during the whole period of their professional activity.
