THE STOCHASTIC NATURE OF PRODUCTION AND RESERVE STOCKS IN THE PROCESS OF STABILIZATION OF THE FOOD MARKET IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Natural and climatic conditions of Russian Federation make for the great fluctuations of food production in agriculture. There is a necessity to create reserve stocks of production in order to stabilize the fluctuations of the food market. The article suggests the method of assessing the reserve stocks; the stocks of grain and meat are evaluated in all the regions of Russian Federation.
