THE PRESUPPOSITIONS FOR REFORMING ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC SYSTEMS OF THE TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICE COMPANIES
The paper analyses the factors on which the projecting of organizational and economic system depends. The way how the factors influence the organizational structure is shown: organizational and legal forms of the enterprise, the caliber of the enterprise, type of management and etc. The economies of different regions are examined.
