TIME PARAMETERS, REGIONAL FACTORS AND TENDENCIES IN TRAINING THE PROFESSORS AND DOCTORS OF SCIENCE (using the materials of Samara State University of Economics in the period from 1931-2007)
Using the materials of Samara State University of Economics in the period from 1931-2007 years the tendencies of the changes in time parameters and the regional factors of training the Doctors of Science and Professors are analyzed. The tendencies of decreasing the time parameters (the age of the lecturers at the moment of receiving the degree of the Doctor of Science, the title of Professor, the time period between receiving the degree of Candidate and Doctor of Science) and the growth of the importance of regional factors ( the native of this region, the graduate of the university of this region, final defence of the Doctor scientific paper in the Dissertational Council of the region). These tendencies, mostly positive, appeared in the last 20 years.
