CITY TYPOLOGY ON THE BASIS OF THE INDICES OF THE STATE OF HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES COMPLEX OF THE CITY
The success of the structural economic reforms of modern Russia is in increasing the role of the organizational and managerial factors of developing the branches of municipal (city) economy. In the housing and public utilities complex of Russia the problems of reforming the managerial systems have a special character caused by the transfer to market economy. Therefore, the use of the systematic and the situational approach in developing the effective management models is of great importance. The problem of forming the model of the indicative planning of developing the housing and public utilities complex, its methodological and informational support based on the systematic analysis, making forecasts and dynamic situational modeling.
