FORMING THE FIRM’S INTERNAL MANAGERIAL CONTROL WITH THE HELP OF THE BALANCED SYSTEM OF INDICES
The paper examines the problem of strategic management of commercial enterprises. The author reveals new forms of managerial control on the basis of creating the balanced system of indices, their use will make it possible for the enterprise managers to give the adequate evaluation of the condition of the enterprise.
