PERFECTION OF THE CONTROLLING MECHANISM BY THE REGIONAL LABOUR MARKET
The labour market, as one of basic elements of market economy, the conditions of its functioning and development, and its controlling mechanism in regional aspect is considered. Dynamics of the statistical given basic parameters of development of the labour market of Khabarovsk territory are analyzed, the role of the state in sphere of policy of employment and its influence on the mechanism of functioning of a regional labour market is designated, the place of public service of employment of the population and private agencies of employment as system of employment in the general structure of the mechanism of regulation of a labour market is defined. During the analysis in the article problems of functioning of a regional labour market emerge and designated and actions on perfection of the mechanism of its management, in particular, an opportunity of creation of firms on leasing staff and a way of achievement of the balanced functioning of activity of the state and private structures of assistance of employment are offered.
