STUDIES ON EVALUATING THE REAL SCALE OF “EXODUS OF CAPITAL” IN RUSSIA
The article presents a number of estimates of the actual scope of the phenomenon dubbed in the financial world of today’s Russia as “exodus of capital”. The estimates made by the most qualified domestic and foreign experts elicit the true ratio between in- and outbound flows of funds with reference to Russia. Taking this ratio into account is instrumental both in developing the long-range strategy of the Russia’s economic progress and ultimately in providing her with dignified place in the imminent global world.
