IMPROVING THE FINANCIAL SITUATION OF THE ENTERPRISES OF HOUSING AND UTILITIES SECTOR AND FORMATION OF MODELS OF INVESTMENT PLANNING
The article reveals serious problems of existence of the housing complex anf\d its critical conditions – unprofitability and high basket-case level of its basic assets. The critical conditions of the branch ineffectiveness of economic and management decisions within the framework of functioning of the housing complex enterprises is shown. The need to implicate non-state capital in the housing complex is clearly demonstrated. Several patterns for structural, financial and technological recovery of the branch are suggested.
