IMPLEMENTATION OF MODERN INSTRUMENTS IN THE DEPRESSED REGIONAL AGRICULTURAL SECTOR DEVELOPMENT CONTROL SYSTEM
The problems of the agricultural sector control in the subjects of the Russian Federation referred to as depressed are considered. The agricultural sector control structure itself is not effective enough; the legislative provision of the agricultural sector development strategy implementation in the regions needs improvement; the regional strategies need to be coordinated between each other and with the federal centre. The control should be accomplished using the program-target method based on defined target development characteristics.
