SERVICE FEE FOR HEATING ENERGY: A NEW APPROACH
The overall system crisis of the economy of the country provoked the current miserable situation in national heat-power engineering. Tariff policy that does not suit the present condition of national economy influences the functioning of the system of central heating. A new approach to establishing the price for heating is suggested.
