ADDITIONAL SERVICES OF THE RETAIL BUSINESS FORMAT “CONVENIENCE SHOP” IN THE CITY AND RURAL AREA

The article represents the situation in the retail market in Russia, Ryazan and Ryazan oblast in particular, that makes it possible analyze the recent tendencies in this sphere; the peculiarities of retail service are studied; the authors show the role of additional services at retail business enterprises of different formats. The idea of a “shop near your house” is analyzed in two positions (depending on the location), in the city or in rural area.
