Применительно к выпускникам профессиональных учебных заведений показано изменение силы воздействия взаимодополнения полученного образования и опыта работы на оценку труда работодателями с течением времени. Выявлено, что сигнальное влияние обладания профессиональным образованием сильнее всего проявляется на ранних этапах трудовой карьеры, ослабевая впоследствии. Рассмотрение комплементарности традиционного образования и онлайн-обучения позволило установить необходимость и возможность их совместного взаимовыгодного развития. Наряду с открывающимися новыми позитивными возможностями для сферы российского образования указано макроэкономическое условие реализации на практике описанного сценария ее дальнейшего роста. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of studying the concept of "complementarity" as applied to educational services and the possibilities of their provision. With regard to graduates of vocational educational institutions, the change in the strength of the impact of the complementarity of the education received and work experience on the assessment of work by employers over time is shown. It is revealed that the signaling effect of having a vocational education is most pronounced in the early stages of a working career, weakening subsequently. Consideration of the complementarity of traditional education and online learning made it possible to establish the need and possibility of their joint mutually beneficial development.
