В основе научных интересов авторов статьи лежат вопросы методического обеспечения разработки перспективных экономических специализаций регионов, отвечающих возможностям и вызовам современной российской действительности. Представлены результаты исследования в соответствии с поставленными задачами: определены методические основы обоснования перспективных специализаций региона, разработан алгоритм их определения, выполнена апробация алгоритма на примере Самарской области. По результатам применения аналитического инструмента выявлено 8 перспективных специализаций Самарской области, что позволило значительно оптимизировать их число по сравнению с перечнем, закрепленным за регионом в Стратегии пространственного развития Российской Федерации на период до 2025 года. Определение перспективных отраслей, обладающих преимуществами и конкурентоспособностью, позволит в дальнейшем обеспечить всестороннюю оценку развития субъекта РФ и выделить перспективный ландшафт работы по достижению региональных, а также национальных целей.

The scientific interests of the authors of the article are based on issues of methodological support for the development of promising economic specializations of regions that meet the opportunities and challenges of the modern Russian reality. The results of the study are presented in accordance with the objectives: the methodological basis for substantiating the promising specializations of the region is determined, an algorithm for their determination is developed, and the algorithm is tested using the example of the Samara region. Based on the results of using the analytical tool, eight promising specializations of the Samara region were identified, which made it possible to significantly optimize their number compared to the list assigned to the region in the Spatial Development Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period until 2025. Identification of promising industries with advantages and competitiveness will further provide a comprehensive assessment of the development of the subject and highlight the promising landscape of work to achieve regional as well as national goals.
