В условиях Индустрии 5.0 промышленную интеграцию, затрагивающую интересы всех стейкхолдеров на территории присутствия промышленных предприятий, необходимо исследовать и оценивать с позиции триединства экономической (технологической), экологической и социальной эффективности. Эффективным инструментом реализации политики технологического суверенитета и устойчивого развития промышленного сектора являются эколого-технологические проекты, соответствующие принципам наилучших доступных технологий. В статье предложены факторы, которые следует учитывать при отборе эколого-технологических проектов, а также основные направления их оценки, обеспечивающих достижение экономических, экологических и социальных целей развития и вносящих вклад в технологический суверенитет отечественной экономики. Авторами проанализирован ряд кейсов, описывающих проекты, реализуемые промышленными кластерами и симбиозами, функционирующими в различных регионах РФ, с позиции их соответствия вышеназванным факторам. Выявлены проблемы и перспективные направления эколого-технологической трансформации отечественной промышленности в современных реалиях. 

In the conditions of Industry 5.0, industrial integration, which affects the interests of all stakeholders in the territory where industrial enterprises are present, must be studied and assessed from the perspective of the trinity of economic (technological), environmental and social efficiency. An effective tool for implementing the policy of technological sovereignty and sustainable development of the industrial sector are environmental and technological projects that comply with the principles of the best available technologies. The article suggests factors that should be taken into account when selecting environmental and technological projects, as well as the main directions for their assessment, ensuring the achievement of economic, environmental and social development goals and contributing to the technological sovereignty of the domestic economy. The authors analyzed a number of cases describing projects implemented by industrial clusters and symbioses operating in various regions of the Russian Federation, from the perspective of their compliance with the above factors. Problems and promising directions of environmental and technological transformation of domestic industrial production in modern realities have been identified.
