В статье освещаются основные изменения, внесенные в Стратегию научно-технологического развития Российской Федерации Указом Президента РФ от 28.02.2024 № 145. Статья будет полезна аспирантам, докторантам, научным руководителям и научным консультантам, разработчикам заявок на гранты и другим научным работникам, для которых важен фактор актуальности проводимых и планируемых исследований и возможности их включения в финансируемые государством научно-технические программы. The article highlights the main changes made to the Strategy of Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 145 dated 02/28/2024.
