При анализе бизнес-процессов основной задачей предприятий нефтегазового сектора является сбор комплексной информации, необходимой для формирования стратегических, тактических и оперативных решений. Если рассматривать компанию как систему управления финансовыми потоками, в основе ее лежит экономическое и финансовое планирование, которое играет ключевую роль в формировании и распределении всех типов ресурсов, необходимых для функционирования предприятия. Эта деятельность охватывает такие области, как финансовое прогнозирование, анализ экономических операций, стратегическое планирование и прогнозирование, моделирование бизнес-процессов, анализ устойчивости и другие важные аспекты. Анализ бизнес-процессов способствует росту компании, укреплению ее позиций на рынке и планированию долгосрочного развития, выступает в роли механизма для привлечения инвестиций, повышения инвестиционной привлекательности и влияния на потенциальных инвесторов, что делает его особенно значимым в условиях санкционных ограничений и неопределенности.

When analyzing business processes, the main task of oil and gas sector enterprises is to collect comprehensive information necessary for the formation of strategic, tactical and operational decisions. If we consider the company as a financial flow management system, it is based on economic and financial planning, which plays a key role in the formation and allocation of all types of resources necessary for the operation of the enterprise. This activity covers areas such as financial forecasting, analysis of economic transactions, strategic planning and forecasting, business process modeling, sustainability analysis and other important aspects. The analysis of business processes contributes to the growth of the company, strengthening its position in the market and planning long-term development, acts as a mechanism to attract investment, increase investment attractiveness and influence potential investors, which makes it especially important in conditions of sanction restrictions and uncertainty.
