Предметом исследования являются особенности развития и реализации инвестиционного процесса в современной экономике в контексте взаимодействия инвестиционной и инновационной составляющих процесса экономического развития при учете особенностей совершенствования и развития человеческого капитала в российской экономике. Статья посвящена анализу параметров и условий, влияющих на совершенствование инвестиционного процесса в национальной экономике. На основе методов системного анализа и синтеза ключевых особенностей развития российской экономики, лежащих в основе инновационного и инвестиционного обновления промышленности, оцениваются возможности обеспечения экономического развития и устойчивого экономического роста. В рамках проведенного исследования выявлено, что управленческие решения при повышении эффективности инвестиционного процесса формируются потенциальными возможностями развития человеческого капитала, совершенствованием факторов и форм его реализации. Среди базовых параметров роста эффективности реализации инновационной составляющей инвестиционного процесса определены особенности проведения научных исследований в национальной экономике, формы и масштабы инновационной активности бизнеса и государства, оценка качества существующего человеческого капитала на уровне организации и государства. Именно определяющее развитие человеческого капитала в рамках инновационного обновления экономики в условиях усиления санкционного давления и развития импортозамещающих производств становится необходимым условием для повышения эффективности инвестиционного процесса.
The subject of the study covers peculiarities of the development and implementation of the investment process in the modern economy in the context of the interaction of investment and innovation components of the economic development process, taking into account the peculiarities of the improvement and development of human capital in the Russian economy. The article is devoted to the analysis of parameters and conditions affecting the improvement of the investment process in the national economy. Based on the methods of systematic analysis and synthesis of the key features of the development of the Russian economy, which underlie the innovation and investment renewal of industries, the possibilities of ensuring the economic development and sustainable economic growth are assessed. Within the framework of the conducted research, it was revealed that management decisions by improving the efficiency of the investment process are formed by the potential opportunities for the development of human capital, the improvement of factors and forms of its implementation. Among the basic parameters of the effectiveness growth of the implementation of the innovative component of the investment process, features of scientific research in the national economy, forms and scales of the innovative activity of business and government, assessment of the quality of existing human capital at the level of an organization and the state are determined. It is the decisive development of human capital within the framework of the innovative economic renewal in the context of increased sanctions pressure and the development of import-substituting industries that is a necessary condition for improving the efficiency of the investment process.
