В части реализации политики в области деятельности человеческого капитала возникают дополнительные требования к квалификации и переподготовке сотрудника, комбинируя и преобразуя должности и функционал, который зачастую повышает уровень владения цифровыми и информационно-коммуникационными технологиями. В качестве основного подхода к исследованию данной проблемы был выбран системный и сравнительный анализ, рассмотрены промышленные практики для формирования общих рекомендаций и выявления наилучших примеров повышения конкурентоспособности нефтегазовых компаний при реализации цифровой трансформации. Материалы статьи имеют практическую ценность в плане совершенствования организационных, технологических, управленческих процессов, процессов выработки, учета и контроля. Результаты статьи могут быть учтены нефтегазовыми компаниями России на государственном и корпоративном уровнях при разработке планов и стратегий развития цифровой экономики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) affects the transformation of business processes, technological and organizational models. As part of the implementation of the policy in the field of human capital activities, additional requirements arise for the qualification and retraining of an employee, combining and transforming positions and functions, which often increases the level of digital, information and communication technologies. Systematic and comparative analysis was chosen as the main approach to the study of this issue, industrial practices were considered to form general recommendations and identify the best examples of increasing the competitiveness of oil and gas companies in the implementation of the digital transformation. The materials of the article are of practical value in terms of improving the organizational, technological, managerial, development, accounting and control processes.
