<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article investigates modern practices of applying the input-output model (interindustry balance) in the context of digitalization and global challenges, such as deglobalization, sanctions, and climate change. It explores the historical context of the input-output model, its evolution, and current trends in global and Russian practices. Special attention is given to the role of new technologies (blockchain, IoT, AI digital twins) in implementing dynamic input-output models. Using the example of a manufacturing enterprise, the architecture of a system enabling operational planning and the protection of national interests is presented. The study identifies challenges and risks of implementation, as well as prospects for further research to scale the approach to industry and regional levels.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>межотраслевой баланс</kwd><kwd>цифровизация</kwd><kwd>динамические модели</kwd><kwd>блокчейн</kwd><kwd>IoT</kwd><kwd>ИИ</kwd><kwd>цифровые двойники</kwd><kwd>деглобализация</kwd><kwd>санкции</kwd><kwd>экономическое планирование</kwd><kwd>национальные интересы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>interindustry balance</kwd><kwd>digitalization</kwd><kwd>dynamic models</kwd><kwd>blockchain</kwd><kwd>IoT</kwd><kwd>AI</kwd><kwd>digital twins</kwd><kwd>deglobalization</kwd><kwd>sanctions</kwd><kwd>economic planning</kwd><kwd>national interests</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">The future of globalization: think diversifying, not decoupling / McKinsey.
