THE ROLE OF STATE OWNERSHIP IN THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE MODERN MARKET
This paper reveals the tendencies of changing planned-central economy to pluralism of ownership forms that exclude state ownership monopoly. International experience shows that reformation of the state ownership as a monopoly is one the most difficult problems of changing the planned-central economy in general.
