MOTIVATION IN A SYSTEM OF FUNCTIONAL APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT
This paper considers management functions, such as planning, organization, control and motivation as a whole. The change from one stage to another is accompanied by transforming of a correlation of its maintenance and role. It is shown that the priority of influence of different functions is connected with present life-cycle of organization. The importance of function of motivation is increasing currently.
