INNOVATIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF MUSIC FESTIVAL SERVICES: TECHNOLOGICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS
Event activities today are becoming more diverse. One of the most important segments of the event activity is music festivals, where there is a variety of genres from classical to electronic music. New technological capabilities of the digital society affect the formats and range of services of musical events. Technological innovations penetrate the festival grounds, but this process is uneven both in different countries and in individual musical genres. The use of innovative solutions today is a serious competitive advantage, including in event activities. The study presents the results of innovative activity of a number of musical festivals, studied both in Russian and foreign experience; the description of the main innovative technologies, the use of innovative technologies by the largest festivals.
